Four large hospitals sit 10 to 15 minutes from Sri Aditya Vantage, per the developer’s brochure. CARE is 10 minutes away. Continental and Sunshine are 12, and AIG is 15. All four are on the Gachibowli and Financial District side of Vantage. Vantage sits in Manchirevula, next to Kokapet and Narsingi. So these times start from there, and assume light traffic.
The four hospitals by drive time
The Vantage brochure names four hospitals. We checked each on its own website in September 2026.

Which hospital for which need
No single hospital near Kokapet is best for every case. This table gives a plain starting point for the four names. It is not medical advice, so always follow your doctor’s guidance.

All four hospitals sit on the east side of Vantage, towards Gachibowli and the Financial District. That is the same direction as most office trips. A family that drives to the Financial District each day will know the first half of the route. That holds for three of the four.
CARE Hospitals: 10 minutes
The brochure lists “CARE” at 10 minutes but does not name the branch. CARE runs several hospitals in Hyderabad. The nearest one we could confirm on its website is CARE Hospitals HITEC City. It sits on Old Mumbai Highway, near the Cyberabad Police Commissionerate.
Ask the Vantage sales team which CARE branch the 10-minute time refers to. Then check it on a map from the Manchirevula site. A 10-minute figure to a hospital you cannot name is not much use in an emergency. Once you know the branch, save its emergency gate on your phone map.
Continental Hospitals: 12 minutes
Continental Hospitals sits on Road No. 2 in the Financial District, Nanakramguda. That puts it on the same side of the ORR as most Financial District offices. The brochure gives 12 minutes from Vantage.
Its website lists accreditation from JCI (Joint Commission International) and NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers). It also lists 24/7 emergency care, a Level 3 neonatal ICU and a paediatric ICU. For young families, the neonatal and paediatric units are worth noting.
If you are expecting a child, visit the maternity wing before you move. Ask about the labour rooms, the NICU level and the doctors on call at night. Then time the drive from Manchirevula at the hour you are most likely to need it. A 12-minute brochure trip is short, but you want to know the real figure.
Sunshine: 12 minutes
Hyderabad families often link the Sunshine name with bone and joint care. Its Bone and Joint Institute has two centres, in Gachibowli and Begumpet. The Gachibowli centre is on Dargah Road, near LIG Chitrapuri Colony.
The Sunshine website says both centres offer 24/7 emergency care for bone and joint cases. It also lists round-the-clock MRI and CT scans. For older parents or anyone who plays sport, a nearby bone and joint centre is a real plus.
The brochure lists Sunshine at 12 minutes from Vantage. Confirm that it means the Gachibowli centre, which is the closer of the two. The Begumpet centre sits much further east, across the city.
Vantage lists a multi-level gym, squash, tennis, badminton, football and basketball courts, and cricket nets. Residents who use them will pick up the odd sprain. A bone and joint centre 12 minutes away suits that kind of household.
AIG Hospitals: 15 minutes
AIG Hospitals is a unit of the Asian Institute of Gastroenterology. Its Gachibowli hospital is on Mindspace Road. The brochure puts it 15 minutes from Vantage, the farthest of the four.
The AIG name comes from its roots in gut and liver care. Today its website describes a multi-specialty hospital and takes bookings across many specialties. For digestive and liver care, AIG is a well-known name in Hyderabad.
An emergency plan for a Vantage home
A hospital 10 minutes away helps only if you know where to go and how to get there. Here is a simple 7-step plan any family can set up in one evening. It costs nothing and takes about an hour.

Here is one way to pick the two. Continental and AIG sit on the Financial District and Gachibowli side. CARE HITEC City is further north. Choose one of each, so a single jam cannot block both.
Also check your health cover. Most insurers list their network hospitals online. Make sure at least one of the four near Vantage is on your list. If your cover comes from your employer, check whether it stays with you after a job change.
Night-time needs a separate thought. A 12-minute daytime drive to Continental may be quicker at 2 am, with empty roads. But you will be driving tired and stressed. Save the route to Continental or CARE in advance, and keep the car fuelled. If you have a driver, make sure they know both routes from Manchirevula too.
For families with elderly parents, add step 8 to the plan. Keep a written list of each parent’s medicines, allergies and past surgeries. Hand it to the emergency desk at CARE, Continental, Sunshine or AIG on arrival. It saves the doctors time and avoids errors. Keep a copy in your phone too, next to the saved routes to your 2 chosen hospitals.
What Vantage itself offers for safety
The Vantage brochure does not list a clinic or first-aid room. Ask the sales team whether the clubhouse will have one. But the brochure does list several features that help in an emergency.
- Panic button and intercom in every lift.
- 24x7 surveillance and power fencing.
- An assigned concierge for each tower, who can guide an ambulance to the right lobby.
- A drop-in and drop-off point for every tower, so a car or ambulance can reach the door.
- High-speed passenger and service lifts with V3F drives and a rescue device.
- 100% DG power backup with an automatic mains failure panel, so lifts keep running in a power cut.
These features matter most at night, when the clubhouse is quiet. A panic button in the lift reaches the security desk. The concierge can hold a lift and open the right gate. With 9 towers across 10 acres, that guidance saves real minutes for an ambulance crew new to the site.

Clinics, labs and pharmacies for everyday needs
The four big hospitals near Kokapet are for emergencies and serious care. Day-to-day needs, like a fever or a blood test, often go to a local clinic or lab. Look for these along the main roads of Narsingi and Kokapet on your site visit. Note the two or three closest to the Vantage gate.
The Vantage brochure lists a convenience store in the clubhouse. It does not list a pharmacy. Ask the sales team whether the clubhouse plan has room for one. Many Hyderabad pharmacy chains and labs also offer home delivery and home sample pick-up. That can cover most routine needs without a drive.
For elderly parents, ask about home-care services too. A nurse visit or a physiotherapy session at home can save a 15-minute drive to Gachibowli and a long wait. Some hospital groups in Hyderabad run home nursing and physiotherapy. Check which ones serve Manchirevula before you move.
