There are at least 11 schools and colleges within 15 minutes of Sri Aditya Vantage, per the developer’s brochure. Rockwell International and Kairos are 3 minutes away. Global Edge is 5, and DPS and Oakridge are 6. Between them they cover CBSE, IB, Cambridge and ICSE. Vantage itself sits in Manchirevula, next to Kokapet and Narsingi, so these times start from there.
The short list: 11 schools and colleges by drive time
The Vantage brochure names 9 schools and 2 engineering colleges. We checked each school’s board on its own website in September 2026. Where the brochure does not name a campus, we say so. Boards change over time, so recheck any school you shortlist before you apply.
| School or college | Drive from Vantage | Boards or type | Checked on |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rockwell International School, Kokapet | 3 min | CBSE, IB, Cambridge | School website |

Drive times are the developer’s figures, not peak-hour times. School buses and parents share the same roads each morning in the Kokapet–Narsingi belt. Test the run around 7:45 am before you pick a home. Our Kokapet commute guide has a simple test plan.
Schools within 5 minutes
Three schools sit within 5 minutes of Vantage. For young children, that short trip matters more than any other number.
Rockwell International School, Kokapet (3 min). Rockwell lists three boards on its website: CBSE, IB and Cambridge. It sits on Gandipet Main Road in Kokapet. The IB track includes the Diploma Programme for the last two years of school. That makes it a fit for parents who want IB and CBSE options at one address.
Kairos International School (3 min). Kairos lists CBSE and Cambridge on its website. Its site describes a Cambridge start in the early years, with a choice to move to CBSE later. Ask the school which grades each track covers today.
The Global Edge School, Narsingi (5 min). Global Edge follows CBSE. It runs from nursery to Class 12. For families who want a straight CBSE path close to home, it is the nearest option on the list.
Schools 6 to 10 minutes away
Four more schools sit 6 to 10 minutes from Vantage. This band includes some of the best-known names in west Hyderabad.
Delhi Public School (6 min). The brochure lists “Delhi Public School” but not the campus. DPS schools in Hyderabad follow CBSE. Ask the Vantage sales team which DPS campus the 6-minute time refers to.
Oakridge International School (6 min). Oakridge’s Gachibowli campus lists the IB Primary Years, Middle Years and Diploma Programmes, plus CBSE. The brochure does not name the campus. Gachibowli is the one closest to Vantage, but confirm it.
Future Kids School (7 min). School listing sites describe Future Kids as ICSE and ISC. We could not confirm the board on an official page. Check it with the school before you plan around it.
Keystone International School (8 min). Keystone’s website lists IB and Cambridge. It is one of the few schools on this list without a CBSE track. That may suit families who plan to study abroad after school.
Phoenix Greens School of Learning, Kokapet (10 min). Phoenix Greens lists CBSE and Cambridge at its Kokapet campus. Its site gives a single campus address in Kokapet. At 10 minutes, it is still a short run from Manchirevula outside peak hours.
In this 6 to 10 minute band, the bus route often matters more than the distance. A school 8 minutes away with a stop at your gate beats one 5 minutes away with no bus. Ask each school for its 2026 bus route map.
Chirec and the colleges
CHIREC International (15 min). Chirec lists three boards on its website: CBSE, Cambridge and the IB Diploma Programme. At 15 minutes, it is the farthest school the brochure names. Chirec has more than one campus, so ask which one the brochure means.
A 15-minute school run is longer than the others on this list. Twice a day, five days a week, it adds up to about 2.5 hours of driving a week. For a young child, that time on a bus is worth weighing against the board and the school you want. For an older child in Class 11 or 12, it may matter less.
Two engineering colleges also appear in the Vantage brochure. They matter to Hyderabad families with older children, or to buyers who teach there.
| College | Drive from Vantage | Founded | Affiliation |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology (CBIT), Gandipet | 5 min | 1979 | Osmania University, autonomous |
| Vasavi College of Engineering, Ibrahimbagh | 7 min | 1981 | Osmania University, autonomous |
Both are long-running private engineering colleges, founded 2 years apart. CBIT sits near the Financial District on the Gandipet side. A student at either college could live at home in Manchirevula and drive under 10 minutes.
Schools by board: a quick lookup
If you already know which board you want, this table helps. It uses the same 11 names, grouped by board.
| Board | Schools near Vantage (drive time) |
|---|---|
| CBSE | Rockwell (3), Kairos (3), Global Edge (5), DPS (6), Oakridge (6), Phoenix Greens (10), Chirec (15) |
| IB | Rockwell (3), Oakridge (6), Keystone (8), Chirec (15) |
| Cambridge | Rockwell (3), Kairos (3), Keystone (8), Phoenix Greens (10), Chirec (15) |
| ICSE / ISC | Future Kids (7), per school listings |
So a CBSE family has 7 choices within 15 minutes. An IB family has 4, and a Cambridge family has 5. That spread is one reason families look at the Kokapet–Narsingi belt.
The list is not complete. The Vantage brochure names only these 11, and new schools open in the belt most years. Other schools in Narsingi, Kokapet and Gandipet may suit you better. Use this list as a start, then add names from parents you meet on your site visit.
CBSE, IB, Cambridge or ICSE: what the choice means
Parents new to Hyderabad often ask how the four boards differ. Here is a plain summary. It is a starting point, not advice for your child.
CBSE. The Central Board of Secondary Education is India’s national board. Its Class 10 and Class 12 exams follow the NCERT textbooks. Many entrance exams in India, such as JEE and NEET, draw on the same syllabus. Seven of the 11 names near Vantage offer it.
IB. The International Baccalaureate runs three school stages: Primary Years, Middle Years and the two-year Diploma. Students take six subjects plus an extended essay in the Diploma. Four schools near Vantage list the IB on their websites.
Cambridge. Cambridge International runs the IGCSE for about Class 9 and 10, and A Levels after that. Schools often use it from the early years too. Five schools near Vantage list Cambridge.
ICSE / ISC. The CISCE board runs the ICSE for Class 10 and the ISC for Class 12. It puts weight on English and on project work. Only Future Kids, at 7 minutes, appears to offer it, per school listing sites.
Many families switch boards at Class 8 or Class 11. If you think you may do that, pick a school with two boards. Rockwell, Oakridge, Kairos, Phoenix Greens and Chirec all offer more than one.
Fees differ a lot between boards. At schools with more than one board, the IB and Cambridge tracks often cost more than CBSE. Ask for the fee sheet for each track side by side.
How to shortlist a school before you buy
A home near Kokapet and a school choice often go together. Here is a simple 6-step way to line them up.
- Pick your board first. CBSE, IB, Cambridge and ICSE lead to different exams and different fees.
- Shortlist two or three schools on that board from the 11 names above.
- Ask each school about seats in your child’s grade for the 2027 school year. Popular schools in west Hyderabad can fill early.
- Ask whether the school bus serves Manchirevula and Narsingi, and where the nearest stop would be.
- Drive the school run once at 7:45 am from the Vantage site.
- Compare fees across the full school years, not just the first year.
Fees change every year, so we do not list them here. Ask each school for its current fee sheet in writing.
What Vantage offers children on site
No school runs inside Vantage. But the brochure lists several spaces for children in its 1,00,000 sq ft clubhouse and 3.5 acres of amenities.
These include a kids’ play area, outdoor kids’ play, a kids’ pool and a library. There are also courts for tennis, badminton, squash, football, basketball and volleyball, plus cricket nets. For older children, the Vantage co-working space and business centre can double as quiet study rooms.
See the full list in amenities, or check the location section on our homepage. For the wider project picture, read our Vantage project review.
